Ever heard of a 'rhyme-off'? It's something that happened to me and a friend, one night on MSN when we were bored: we decided to argue in rhyme. Sounds bizarre?
Well, it actually worked, several times too I hasten to add, and so I'm bringing this poet's war over here.
What do you do?
Post a rhyming couplet that somehow responds to the one above you.
E.g
A:
I really don't think I have the time, To play this silly game of reason and rhyme.
B:
Rubbish, toffle! I'm milking a cow So get your sorry butt back to this thread now!
etc.
Got that? Don't worry about the number of syllables or any half-rhymes ~ this is all supposed to be a bit of light fun!
